Refund Policy

Returns:

We offer a 30 day money back guarantee. If it's been more than 30 days since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. Also, please include the original packaging.

Include a copy of your original receipt or proof of purchase with your returned item.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds will be granted (if applicable).

Refunds (if applicable):

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are eligible & approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):

If you haven’t received your refund yet, check your bank account again. If you don't see it, contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

You can also contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at lauriewright@notyouraveragegrandma.com.

Sale items (if applicable):

Sale items may be refunded, at their purchased price, as long as they are within the 30 day money back guarantee timeframe.

Exchanges (if applicable):

If you want make an exchange for the same item in a different color or size, send us an email at lauriewright@notyouraveragegrandma.com with your order number and the color/size of the replacement. You will receive an email confirmation back with instructions on your return.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. In addition, your refund will not include the cost of the original shipping paid, if there was a shipping cost.

The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you varies depending on where you live.

If you are returning an item that is over $75 in cost, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We have no control over the shipping service so there's no guarantee that we'll receive your shipment.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
